How to use Intercom on a Brivo Door Station
- On the left navigation bar, select Devices.
- Once on the Devices page, select your Brivo Door Station.
- A pop-up window with your Brivo Door Station details will appear. Click the Start Intercom button.
- The Intercom Display page appears. The microphone icon at the center bottom of the screen will be active (green) by default. To mute yourself, click on the icon and it will grey out indicating you have been muted.
- To unlock the door, click the Unlock Door button.
- When your interactions with the caller are complete, click the X in the upper right corner to close the Intercom window.
