Using the Event Tracker

  1. On the left navigation bar, navigate to the Events tab, and select Event Tracker.
  1. For those accounts with Trends enabled, across the top of the page, you will see the Trends graph showing you a condensed display for the past 48 hours of all the events that have occurred.
  1. The Verify User feature will display the user photo associated for all user generated events.
  2. Below that is the live list of Events that are occurring across the Brivo Access account. These events are broken out in following columns:
    1. Timestamp
    2. Event
    3. User
    4. Site
    5. Device
    6. Status
    7. Media
    8. Notes
  3. Depending upon the event type, not all of the columns will be populated, and you may filter the display using the filtering options at the top of the page.
  1. To get more details on a specific event, click on that event in the log and a details tab will open on the right side of the page.
