How to enable an Entrata integration
Overview
This article describes the self-service option for Brivo Smart Home administrators to enable their own Entrata integration.
This step must be taken first before any other functions within the integration will work.
- Log into your Brivo Smart Home account.
- On the left navigation bar, click Integrations. The Integrations page displays.
- Under Available Integrations, click Entrata. The Entrata integration page displays.
- Click Add Integration. A pop up window appears.
- Enter your Entrata Username, Password, Domain, and Property ID information and click Submit. An Added Successfully message will appear at the bottom of the pop up window and then you are returned to the Integrations page.
- Entrata will now appear in the Enabled Integrations section of the page.
