How to Sync Units in your Entrata integration
Your Entrata integration must be enabled and you must have verified your credentials before syncing your units.
- Log into your Brivo Smart Home account.
- On the left navigation bar, click on Integrations. The Integrations page displays.
- Under the Enabled Integrations section, click on Entrata. The Entrata Integration Details page displays.
- Scroll down to see the Unit Mapping section.
- To sync your Brivo Smart Home account with Entrata, click the Sync Units button. Depending upon the number of units, this may take some time. Once complete, the Last Sync info will update showing the date and time of the last successful sync.
