Overview
The steps below show how to view all recent activity by site using Brivo Access Enterprise Edition's Data Explorer feature.
Prerequisites
Brivo Access Enterprise Edition
Steps to Create
- On the left navigation bar, navigate to the Data Explorer tab.
- On the top left of the Data Explorer screen, select the View drop-down.
- Select Data Explorer.
- Navigate to the Activity table and select View Data.
- Add additional columns to the data by selecting the Data source side of the table editor.
- Add columns of data by dragging the fields into the table row.
- Filters can be applied by hovering over the column, selecting filters, and applying to the data.
- Optionally, visual filters can be applied to the pivot table by selecting the gear icon next to the field, selecting filters, and applying to the table.
