- Log in to a Brivo Smart Home account set up as a Vacation Rental company.
- On the left navigation bar, navigate to the Properties tab.
- From the Properties tab, click Details.
- From the Details page click the Edit Details button.
- Identify the Sync Start field and select the number of hours and minutes prior to a guests check-in time that their access code should sync with the property lock.
- Click Save at the bottom of the screen.
