Create Scheduled Access for a Property

  1. Log in to your Brivo Smart Home account.
  2. On the left navigation bar, navigate to the Properties tab.
  3. Once on the Properties page, click on the specific location(s) to edit scheduled access for. Scheduled access can be granted at the property or unit level.
  4. From the desired property, select the Users tab located in the top navigation bar.
  5. Once on the Users lists, identify the user to edit scheduled access for, and click on the Calendar Icon to the right of the users name.
  6. From the Create Schedule window, select the users access perimeters. Access can be granted based on date range, timeframe, and specified days of the week.
  7. Once done, click on the Save Changes button at the bottom of the page to complete the process.
  8. To verify that the changes are active, check that the Calendar Icon is now green.
