Admin Bulk Actions - Deleting, Suspending or Reinstating Users

Overview

  • This is an enhancement that will impact all Access Administrators, especially Enterprise level administrators. Now multiple users can be selected and either deleted, suspended, or reinstated in one action.

Pre-requisites

Admin permissions:

  • View Users
  • Edit User profiles
  • Delete user

Steps for Bulk Deleting, Suspending and/or Reinstating Users

  1. From the left navigation bar, select Users.
  1. The User Management page displays. Select a number of Users either by checking the checkbox individually or by checking the Select All checkbox at the top of the User list.

IMPORTANT NOTE: For Bulk Actions, a maximum of 100 users can be selected at any one time.

  1. Once you have selected your users, an action bar appears at the bottom of the page. You may choose to Delete Users, Suspend Users, Reinstate Users, or Print Badges for the selected users. When you have chosen, a pop-up window with ask you to Confirm your action.
  1. Once you have completed your bulk action, the users in the list will be deleted or appear with a yellow circle around their user profile image if suspended.
  1. You may choose to bulk Reinstate Users in the same way by simply selecting suspended users and clicking on Reinstate Users in the action bar and confirming your choice. The user profile images will now appear without the yellow circle.
