Moving an OSDP Reader in secure mode from one node to a new control panel door node
IMPORTANT NOTE: In order for this to function properly, the Brivo control panel/controller must be on the firmware version 6.2.5.6 or later.
Q: Is there anything special I have to do to move an OSDP reader in secure mode from one node to a new control panel door node?
A: The Brivo main board/controller will automatically handle the negotiation. If the key is wrong, the panel will register a mismatch error and renegotiate with the reader and establish a new connection with a new key.
