Yardi Integration

  1. Submit a case in Yardi’s Client Central, to your Yardi Account Manager, or to the Yardi core support team, to have the Brivo vendor package loaded into your database.
  2. One the Brivo vendor package has been installed on the Yardi Voyager portal, contact Brivo Smart Home customer success and be prepared to provide them with the following information from your Yardi account:
    1. Their Voyager URL
    2.  Interface username
    3. Password
    4. Database name
    5. Server name (always the same as the database name)
  3. If the information provided is correct, customer support will set up and confirm a successful integration. Successful integrations can also be identified from the Details tab for the property. If the integration was successful the integration type will be listed. Once the initial integration is setup, properties can now be synced.
  4. To sync properties navigate to the Properties tab of the left and select the the unit for which the integration needs to be initiated.
  5. Once on the unit management page select the Details tab and the Edit Details button.
  6. Locate the Integrations section on the properties Details page.
  7. Identify the the corresponding Yardi unit ID from the unit list and click the checkbox next to the unit name.
  8. Click Save on the bottom of the page to confirm the unit sync.
