How to setup notifications for Brivo Door Station

  1. On the left navigation bar, select Devices.
  2. Once on the Devices page, select your Brivo Door Station.
  1. A pop-up window with your Brivo Door Station details will appear. Click the Manage button in the Notifications row.
  1. The BDS Notification pop-up window displays. The Enable AI voice assistant checkbox is off by default. Check the checkbox to enable the feature.
  1. Select your user from the dropdown menu. The user list is sorted by Last Name.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Notifications for the Brivo Door Station can be sent to Access Administrator OR Brivo Mobile Pass credential holders (who might not be an Access Administrator). If you are an administrator and have a Brivo Mobile Pass assigned to you, your name will appear twice in the User list. It is important to note that if you want to be notified through Brivo Access AND through your Brivo Mobile Pass app that you select BOTH your BMP and Admin names on the User list.

  1. Once you have selected a user, select a schedule from the dropdown menu. During this time, the users listed will receive notifications (either through Brivo Access or Brivo Mobile Pass) if someone uses the Intercom button on the Brivo Door Station.
  2. Once you have added your users and assigned your schedules, click the Add button to complete the process. Your selected user name will now appear on the list under the associated schedule.
  3. To delete a user from the notification list, click on the X next to their name. Remember, if you are receiving notifications both as an Admin and BMP credential holder, you will need to remove both to stop receiving notifications.
  4. To close the window, click the X in the upper right-hand corner.
