Managing Brivo Wallet Pass

Prerequisites

  • User must have a Brivo Mobile Pass already assigned

Steps

  1. Log into your Brivo Access account and select Credentials on the left navigation bar, then select Mobile Passes.
  2. The Credential Management page displays. Click on Manage Wallet Passes.
  1. The Manage Wallet Passes pop-up window appears. The number of available Brivo Wallet Passes is shown at the top of the window. A list of current users with Brivo Mobile Passes already assigned is displayed along with their Wallet Pass Status and the option to Assign or Revoke a Brivo Wallet Pass for each.
  1. Type in the name of the user you want to assign or revoke a Brivo Wallet Pass. The user name will appear with their current status.
  2. You may assign a Brivo Wallet Pass to the user by clicking on Assign. The Wallet Pass Status will change to Pending until the user has activated their Brivo Wallet Pass.
  3. You may revoke a Brivo Wallet Pass from the user by clicking on Revoke.
  4. You may bulk assign Brivo Wallet Passes to all users listed by clicking on the Assign All option. The total number of Brivo Wallet Passes that will be assigned is shown as well.
  5. Click Save to complete the process.
