Prerequisites

  • Brivo Access Enterprise Edition or Brivo Access Multifamily Edition

Enabling Yardi Integration

  1. Log into your Brivo Access account.
  2. Expand the Settings option from the left navigation menu.
  3. Click on the Account menu item in the General section. On the Account-wide Settings options menu, select Settings.
  4. Under the Settings section of the Account, make sure that the Enable Multifamily Support feature is Enabled.
  5. Back on the left navigation bar, click on Marketplace menu item.
  6. Select Yardi from the Available integrations.
  7. Click the +Enable button.
  8. The Configuration pop-up appears..
  9. Populate the required fields and select the Time Zone from the dropdown list.
  1. By default, the Sites unmapping behavior is set to Keep and the Resident removal behavior is set to Suspend. By default, Mobile Pass is active and Allow Duplicates is deactivated.
  2. Click the Continue button. The Relationships page displays.
  1. Select the Resident Relationships and click the Continue button. The Summary page displays.
  2. Review the details and click on the Finish button. The integration is enabled.
