User Image Quality Report

Overview

The user image quality report is primarily used with Brivo Faceprints but can beneficial for all User images. This report provides scores for each User image uploaded to an account and how well they will work with the Brivo Door Station. Even if you are not using the Brivo Door Station yet, this report will still provide a general consensus as to how well the User image will work.

Prerequisites

  • Admin permission to reports

Steps to create a User Image Quality Report

  1. Navigate to the Reports section.
  2. Choose the Report Configurations page.
  1. Click on New Report Configuration.
  2. Choose the User Image Quality Report and then click Create This Report.
  1. Name the report.
  2. Choose whether you want to see scores for select Users or all.
    1. If you want to see all, leave the checkbox unchecked.
    2. If you want to see select Users, check the checkbox and click the Add User button. Add your select Users.
  1. Choose whether you want to see which photos are suitable, not suitable or all.
    1. If you want to see all, leave the checkbox unchecked.
    2. If you want to see select images, check the checkbox and choose Suitable or Not Suitable from the Select a User Status dropdown menu.
  1. Click Save Report Configuration.
  2. To run this report, follow the Run an Existing Report Configuration article.
