Prerequisites
- Ensure that your administrator has assigned an HID Mobile Pass to you.
- Ensure you have installed the latest version of the Brivo Mobile Pass.
Redeeming your HID Mobile Pass
- Download the app from either Google Play or the App Store.
- Open the Brivo Mobile Pass App.
- Create an account.
- Once account is set up, HID Mobile Pass will be auto redeemed to BMP.
What do I do about an Expired Pass?
- Passes expire in 48 hours.
- Be sure to create a BMP account
- If your Pass has expired, please contact your organization's administrator for a new Pass Redemption Email.
