Manually Send a Pin Code Via SMS in Brivo Smart Home

Brivo Smart Home administrators have the option to send a PIN code manually via text (SMS) to a selected user.

  1. On the left navigation bar, Click on the Properties tab.
  2. From the properties lists, select the property.
  3. Once the property is selected, click on the Users tab from the property navigation on the top of the page.
  4. Locate the desired user from the list and click the phone icon next to their name to send the code via SMS.
