How to use Talkdown with the Brivo Door Station
The Talkdown feature allows for an administrator to activate the two-way audio functionality of the Brivo Door Station without having to wait for a visitor to press the Intercom button.
- On the left navigation bar, select Devices.
- Once on the Devices page, select your Brivo Door Station.
- A pop-up window with your Brivo Door Station details will appear. To use the Talkdown feature, click the Start Intercom button.
- The Intercom Display page appears. This page displays a larger window the current live video from the camera in the Brivo Door Station as well as providing two-way audio from the Brivo Door Station, allowing you to communicate with a visitor shown in the Live Video feed of the Brivo Door Station.
- When you are finished talking to the visitor, you may click the X in the upper right corner to close the Intercom Display window.
