Creating a Brivo Door Station faceprint credential

  1. Log into Brivo Access.
  2. Navigate to the Users tab.
  1. Select the user that you want to assign a faceprint credential. Make sure they have a valid email address and badge profile picture.
  2. Scroll down to the Credentials section of the User Profile and click Assign Credential (if the first one) or Add Another Credential if the profile already has one or more.
  3. From the Select a Credential Type pop-up that appears, choose Faceprint Credential. If the profile does not have an email address or badge profile picture, this option will be greyed out.
  1. If there is a valid email address and badge profile picture, the faceprint credential will appear on the list of credentials with a yellow Pending message beside it.
  2. At the same time, the User will receive an email with instructions on giving consent to allow Brivo to use faceprint credentials.
  3. If the user denies consent, the faceprint credential will disappear from the list of credentials.
  4. Once consent has been given by the end user, the yellow Pending message will change to a green Approved message and the faceprint can now be used at the Brivo Door Station.
