Highlights/Improvements
  • Customer can now fetch Rent Manager relationships in Brivo Access
  • Customer can now properly fetch relationships and active and inactive roommates for property management systems integrations
  • Customer now sees the count only for the mapped units and not the entire hierarchy for property management systems integrations
Fixes
  • Added eviction as valid status to Yardi allowing for the record to not be deleted, but instead their end date is updated to reflect their new move out date
  • Fixed an issue where the customer didn't see all relationships selected by default if no relationships was selected for the v3 integrations in Brivo Smart Home

  • Optimized backend calls for bulk database actions
  • Residents are now able to transfer from one unit to another without having access to their older unit
  • Delta Retrieval support now added which differentiates between Property Managemetn Systems that support a last queried date-based retrieval (delta) and those that don't
  • Changes in relationships or unit mappings are now automatically checked on next sync and reconciled
  • Property Management System syncs are now able to continue even when errors are encountered during the sync
  • Added a check to make sure bad overrides aren't processed (i.e updating a current resident's info with info from their past reservation to the same property)
  • Removed processing of past reservations from Entrata file and instead marking them as inactive if they exist as active in the database but not present in the input dataset
  • Added feature to use company default check-in and check-out time when the Property Management System doesn't provide time info
  • Added event-driven logic to process affected people when timezone/check-in default/check-out default values are updated
  • Updated Entrata to use customer-specific move-in time and vendor status
  • When Access is deleted from Brivo Smart Home and an integration is resynced, it brings resident back

October 2022

  • New "Installer" role that allows a company level users to be set up specifically as installer with only only the ability to add/remove or manipulate devices.
  • When the Smart Home/Access integration is set up, and the account has mobile passes enabled, the mobile passes can now be assigned at the individual user level opposed to being assigned automatically to all users.
  • Users in the portal who are not directly associated with a door will now be required to confirm the action of locking/unlocking.
  • Footnotes on the "Add Access" modal are now consistent with the symbols displayed.
  • Access Logs are renamed Event Logs to be more in line with what is displayed.

  • Ability to set a time designated lock time for doors for VR properties.
  • Removed the ability for non-admin level users to delete rules and scenes.
  • Added notification to users informing them that un-synced devices will still need a factory reset to re-sync.

  • Fixed functionality turning thermostats back on after the door/window sensor recognizes the door/window is shut.
  • Emergency code setting enabling users to select if lock emergency codes should be synced and in what quantity.

  • Fixed a bug to enable the “Remember me” functionality.
  • Fixed a bug allowing users to select their wifi option without the stored auto-complete functionality showing up. 
  • Fixed a bug where the “Reset” button on the company details page was not working.
  • Fixed a bug so the version footer is not visible by default.
  • Fixed a bug where users weren’t able to use their emergency code instead of their own code even when the emergency code access override option is active.
  • Fixed a bug that prevented access codes from being sent out if both a user’s email and phone number weren’t entered.
