What is Remote Access?

Alicia Allen Updated by Alicia Allen

Remote Access is a new feature in Brivo Access that allows you to grant access to your dealer or Brivo Support to remotely log in to your account to provide support.

  • When an account is create the feature is enabled by default.
  • Existing accounts have the feature disabled by default.

Brivo administrators with Account Settings permissions are able to enable or disable this feature. When enabled, your dealer or Brivo Support will be able to remotely log in to your account, bypassing any SSO and Multi-factor Authentication requirements. When disabled, only Brivo administrators will be able to log in to your account.
