Linking a Brivo Smart Home Account

Linking your Brivo Smart Home account enables you to access your smart home devices from Brivo Mobile Pass.

Note: This feature only works for residents who live at properties with Brivo Smart Home installations. A resident should create a smart home account before they can link it to Brivo Mobile Pass. Please ask your property manager for instructions on how to do so.

  1. Use the navigation menu up top to find the Link Brivo Smart Home Account button.
  2. Enter the Smart Home credentials you have previously created on the login page and tap on Sign In.
  3. If this is your first time linking the account, go through the tutorial or you can skip it.
  4. You're done. You should see all your Smart Home devices when you tap on the search bar up top.
