Adding an Employee Badge to Apple Wallet

Overview

With your employee badge in Apple Wallet on your iPhone or Apple Watch, you can enter and leave your office without your physical keys.

Prerequisites

To add an employee badge in the Apple Wallet, the following prerequisites are required:

  • Ensure that your administrator has enabled employee badge in Apple Wallet for you.
  • iPhone SE, iPhone 6s, iPhone 6s Plus or later running the latest version of iOS.  
  • Apple Watch Series 4  or later running the latest version of watchOS.
  • Ensure you are signed into iCloud and you have a passcode set up on your iPhone and Apple Watch.
  • Ensure you have installed the latest version of Brivo Mobile Pass.

Steps to adding your Employee Badge in Apple Wallet via Brivo Mobile Pass

  1. Download the Brivo Mobile Pass app from the App Store.
  2. Redeem your Brivo Mobile Pass from the email sent to you by your admin.
  3. From the navigation menu, tap on Create an Account button and proceed with creating a Brivo Mobile Pass account.
  4. Once the account is created, you will receive an email. Tap on the link in the email to verify your email address and complete the account creation process.
  5. From the navigation menu, tap on your pass to view your digital badge.
  6. Tap on the Add to Apple Wallet button and follow the onscreen prompts to finish adding your employee badge to the Apple Wallet.
