Using Global View

  1. For those accounts enabled to see this option, on the left navigation bar, navigate to the Global View tab.
  1. At the top of the screen, you will see three columns. Critical Events, Access Events, and Offline Devices. Active events from the past 24 hours will show up as a number in the corresponding column.
  2. The percentage shown on the Critical and Access events represents the total number events that have occurred at the time of viewing the Global View since the start of the day compared to the same time frame 24 hours prior. For example, if you are viewing the page at 12:00pm, then the percentage equals the total number of events between 12:00am-12:00pm compared to the same time frame a day before.
  3. Global View displays a world map with pins representing site locations in your Brivo Access account.
  4. To get more details in each column, click on the + Details link in the column you want to view. For critical and access events, the column will expand and show you the specific events and how many occurred. For offline devices, it will display the Panel ID of the control panel and how long it has been offline.
  1. On the global map, events will show up as numbers on the site pin where the event happened. If it was a critical event, the site pin will turn red.
  2. Click on your chosen site pin and it will display a list of critical events and panels in a pop-up window.
  1. The critical events tab will show the Alert, Device, and Time/Datestamp. If the event is new, it will display that, and if you want to add any Notes to the event, click on the pencil icon. The panels tab will show the Panel ID, Panel Name, Firmware Version, and Connection Status of each control panel at that site.
