- Select the property where the device is installed.
- From the Devices screen Click the Add/Remove Device button.
- Ensure your Gateway device is listed on the Gateway field and select the Remove Device button.
- Wait for the Remove Device screen to be displayed.
- On the lock enter "(Master Code) + # (or gear) + 7 + 3 + #(or gear).
- Once you see the Device Successfully Removed screen you have completed the process.
