What happens to my employee badge in Apple Wallet if I lose my iPhone or Apple Watch?
If you lose your iPhone or Apple Watch, your employee badge in Apple Wallet will be suspended when the device is marked as "lost" in the Find My app. It will reactivate once your device is recovered. Learn more.

What happens if my iPhone needs to be charged?
Even if your iPhone needs a charge, your employee badge in Apple Wallet will work. Power Reserve provides up to five hours of access.

What is express mode?
With Express Mode enabled, you won't need to wake or unlock your iPhone or Apple Watch. To access your workspace, simply walk up to a door and tap your iPhone or Apple Watch.

What happens if I get a new phone?
When you get a new phone, you can transfer your credentials seamlessly. Download the Brivo Mobile pass app on your new phone and log in to it. Then, proceed with adding the pass to your wallet via the app. Please note that this will disable the employee badge in Apple wallet on your old device.

What happens if I get a new Apple Watch?
When you get a new Apple Watch, pair it with your iPhone. Ensure that your new watch has a passcode setup. Then, using the Brivo Mobile pass app, proceed with adding the employee badge to Apple Wallet while the Apple Watch is in vicinity. Learn more.

What happens if I don’t have Wi-Fi or cellular access?
Employee Badge in Apple Wallet does not require an internet connection or cellular data because it uses NFC technology to complete the transactions.

On how many devices can I add the employee badge to Apple Wallet?
You can add the Employee Badge to Apple Wallet on one iPhone and a paired watch.

Why does the ‘Add to Apple Wallet’ button not show up on my phone?
Make sure that you meet these prerequisites:
1. You are using an iPhone SE, iPhone 6S, iPhone 6S Plus or later
2. You have signed into iCloud on your device. Learn more
3. You have a passcode or biometrics setup on your iPhone and Apple Watch

Do I need to use the same email address for iCloud and Brivo Mobile Pass?
You don't need to use the same email address. Your iCloud email, the email on which you were issued your pass and the email with which you create the Brivo Mobile Pass account can all be different.
